Position Overview:

A best-in-class electrical contractor is searching for a driven Brand Marketing Manager. This role will lead the marketing and communication efforts for all lines of our business to generate and maintain brand awareness. This individual will be responsible for planning, development and execution of the marketing strategy including campaigns, programs and processes.


Base Location/Travel Requirements:

  • Office assignment: Flexibility to work from any office, or a remote location when appropriate and in accordance with the company telecommuting policy.
  • Travel: As necessary to meet with vendors, customers, and potential customers and to other offices or yard locations, trainings, offsite meetings, and jobsites.


Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Understand our industry and develop a fluid marketing strategy.
  • Execute the company's marketing strategy according to budget.
  • Manage, coordinate, and create marketing materials according to our marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain the brand standards and work with all departments to ensure they are current.
  • Manage marketing vendors for website maintenance, SEO management and optimization, Google Analytics, and major initiatives.
  • Manage marketing vendors for promotional items, print, design, apparel, videography, photography, billboards, etc.
  • Manage online company store and store vendor.
  • Manage and maintain a presence on all company social media platforms to attract and retain customers and promote company culture.
  • Conduct job site interviews with Project Managers to complete project case studies.
  • Develop and maintain a project library.
  • Create or work with vendors to develop case studies and blogs to be used for the website and collateral materials.
  • Have a working knowledge of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process, software, and database.
  • Utilize our CRM to track vendors and contacts.
  • Work closely with IT to identify continuous improvements/updates on special projects regarding marketing platforms.
  • Work with CBDO to develop/review budget, market analysis & strategic planning for LoB's and regions.
  • Manage and distribute eNPS and NPS surveys and share results.
  • Work with Lines of Business' on Request for Proposal (RFP) responses as needed.
  • Prepare presentations for company and customer meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate all sponsorships, donations, and events.
  • Create company policies and procedures for marketing standards.


Education, Skills, Experience:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable job duties.
  • Experience with marketing software, website development/maintenance, SEO, and analytics.
  • Exceptional use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.

Desired:

  • Construction Experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience using marketing analytics and data to track, optimize performance, guide strategy, justify investments and make decisions.
  • Experience with Cosential is preferred.

Other:

  • Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9
