Job Description

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be an integral part of the team by ensuring that all is running efficiently for the leadership in your group. You are self-motivated, doing your part to enable others to do their job well. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and working towards tight deadlines. You are phenomenal at developing your process that keeps you organized and on schedule while ensuring those you support stay prepared and informed. You are ready to lend a hand to others and happy to do what it takes to support the team. This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager. As Executive Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the Executive's right-hand person with the day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handle multiple high-priority projects
  • Screen and prioritize communications, both external and internal
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments
  • Process travel expenses
  • Calendar management
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting C-suite leaders
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional executive presence and confidence to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
