The Marketing Technology & Operations Campaign Manager develops and executes data-driven strategies to generate leads, nurture existing clients and prospects and optimize conversion rates. This role collaborates across marketing, business development and event teams to define common goals and creates a seamless workflow for all teams involved between people operations and technology integrations. The Marketing Technology & Operations Campaign Manager relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

As a Campaign Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations you will:

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target audiences and develop end-to-end email campaign strategies for event marketing and thought leadership content
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to measure demand generation and identify success
  • Maintain an active lead scoring model and automation setup to ensure qualified leads are pushed through the funnel in a timely manner and provide supplemental reports for targeted initiatives
  • Evaluate strategies across inbound marketing channels to determine the value of each channel and which method generates the best results
  • Track progress of campaign initiatives towards monthly goals and regularly review performance metrics against KPIs
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the team operations to ensure it aligns with the technology capabilities and further develop technology to align with our business process
  • Oversee the build and maintenance of marketing automation programs for data hygiene and enrichment for all data inputs and outputs
  • Ensure compliance with governmental policies and regulations (GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA, etc.) when building out campaign strategies
  • Test and optimize user experience based on feedback and analysis
  • Advise marketing and business development team members on best practices and process improvement for projects involving digital assets
  • Develop end-user training curriculum, including user guides, tutorials, and live training sessions (email campaigns, landing pages, preference center, data flow and quality, etc.)

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of webinar and event platforms (e.g. Zoom, Cvent, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media management platforms (e.g. Social HP, Sprout, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and build strong internal relationships and create alignment on new initiatives
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities
