Chevo Consulting is seeking an experience Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working as an admin in the Power Platform admin center as well as a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages. This position is hybrid work environment, with the client site located in Washington DC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with any external development teams on project tasks such as environment setup, migrations, etc.
  • Ability to implement CoE into the FireNet environment and manage it.
  • Actively participate in the Microsoft CoE, sharing knowledge, best practices, and ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's Power Platform knowledge.
  • Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Escalate and working with MS support for quick and efficient incident resolution.
  • Work directly with end users on Power Automate flow assistance as needed.
  • Willing to assist internal team with web design updates.
  • Implement chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform admin center ecosystem, including connectors, gateways, environment management, migrations and data integrations.
  • Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services like Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 desired).
  • Proven expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
