Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, including but not limited to wireframes, epics, story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios
- Partner with stakeholders on non-functional and technical requirements
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows for the applications
- Identify areas of improvement to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions
- Support claims related to fulfillments and resolutions of customer products, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, prepaids, digital transactions, etc.
Requirements:
- Extensive Pega Management Workflow experience, including Pega Case Design, Flows, and Management
- Minimum of four years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst
- Financial Enterprise experience (resource will stand out if enterprise experience is within claims and fraud)
- Minimum short-term contracts
- Experience with JIRA for ticketing
- Strong communication skills, type A/driver personality, comfortable pushing back, and asking tough questions
Desired skills:
- Claims and Fraud experience within an enterprise client
- Experience with solution delivery processes
Pay Range: $43.56 - $51.56
