ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Media Control Center Operations team is responsible for delivering a high-quality viewer experience to millions of viewers across all FOX networks, digital platforms, mobile applications, websites and licensing partnerships. To put it simply, we're the team that brings your favorite FOX content to you!

We're looking for resourceful, enthusiastic and media-savvy individuals to join our team of Media Control Center Operators. Depending on your experience level, you may be hired as Operator I, Operator II or Senior Operator, but no matter where you land with us, the opportunity for growth is high! Responsibilities include supporting the daily transmission of hundreds of inbound and outbound feeds and monitoring distribution platforms, as well as interacting with FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment and FOX News teams to support daily transmission needs and testing of new distribution solutions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Tech Operations

• Responsible for QA, monitoring, reporting & incident management across all linear, streaming (OTT) and digital platforms
• Perform the monitoring and switching of all inbound and outbound transmission systems
• Troubleshoot and assist in fixing signal quality, routing issues and incidences according to standard operating procedures
• Perform live transmission signal check-ins with remote production venues during live events
• Help set up equipment to receive and distribute feeds to and from the media control center
• Support communication with management teams, affiliates and other third party or downstream partners

Collaboration & Partnerships

• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery teams
• Partner with Live Media, Consumer Products & Engineering and other Media Operations teams and step in to help in other areas as needed
• Work closely with all business units and provide world-class customer service support

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
